Founded in 1983, MCA has rapidly grown to be a recognized leader in the technology integration industry specializing in new construction commercial projects.
Growing and building our business around our clients rather than markets, we have grown from our Houston base office to now having a presence across the nation and the globe. We have also become the technology integrator of choice for many distinguished clients both locally and nationally.

Our diverse team of Project Managers, Estimators and Engineers have degrees and/or technical certifications and all have been trained in the industry standards for implementing IT Infrastructure, Audio Visual and In Building Wireless Solutions.
Our installation department goes through a stringent hiring process and is trained through our in house training program which includes OSHA training, Project Management and our own in house BICSI approved training curriculum and Trainer.

At MCA, safety has been embedded in our culture since our inception. Our number one priority has always been and will always be to ensure that our employees return home safely every day. We also understand the importance of keeping our workforce productive and there is nothing that will slow down a project more than a lost time incident. As a result of our company wide safety program, MCA has received numerous safety awards including the Exxon Mobil Safety Award for over 16 years in a row. We also maintain and EMR of .70 or less.
In our quest to maintain zero accidents we have a developed a safety program which consist of the following key requirements.
- Safety Orientation and Training for all new hires
- All supervisors will be OSHA 10 or 30 Certified
- Weekly Job Site Meetings
- Weekly Job Site Safety Audit
- Alcohol & Substance Abuse Program
- Site Specific Safety Plans
